This is just the right amount of banana – and I don’t mean that laffy-taffy fake banana extract taste, this tastes as close to homemade banana nut bread as I think you can get in a pre-packaged product. Love it in the morning.

I ordered 4 different flavors of these Breakfast cookies, and these are my favorite flavor. I also like the Morning Sunrise, but the Apple and Chocolate flavors are just a tad too sweet for me.
These honestly taste like a dense banana nut muffin – yum! As another reviewer noted, there aren’t a lot of nuts, but that’s okay with me
We keep these in the freezer and the kids grab one on their way out the door in the morning. We aren’t breakfast people, and by mid morning, these really hit the spot. My son also took these on his boy scout backpacking trip and they were a hit.
I made the mistake of eating 2 in one day once – NEVER AGAIN. Thought I was going to explode with gas. Lots of fiber in these – which is a good thing if you are forewarned…. lol.
Enjoy!

These cookies are perfect — soft, flavorful but not as sweet as a dessert cookie. Fantastic with milk, coffee or tea and filling. Glad I have these on the auto-delivery plan!

So far, I have tried caramel apple, fruit & nut, morning glory, and banana walnut flavers. I have also ordered, (but not yet received) the pumpkin spice cookies. All of them are an excellent meal replacement or nutritious snack. The ingredients are wholesome, there is no high fructose corn syrup, and they have a good supply of protein & fiber to stave off hunger for several hours. The caramel apple is probably my favorite because it seems to be the moistest, but I really love all of the flavors. Like other reviewers, I freeze them, and then microwave a cookie for 20 seconds when I am ready to eat it. I find the cookies taste best warmed up. Even though the calorie count is higher than many cookies, I think you get a lot of nutritional “value” with these.

I’m a big fan of these breakfast cookies. They’re like a treat first thing in the morning
However, this flavor didn’t do too much for me. There’s not much of a banana flavor……….come to think of it, there’s not a distinctive taste to this particular cookie at all. It does fill me just enough in the morning, though, and does provide good fiber. I’m going to experiment with the other flavors I haven’t tried yet.
