Great cereal, but most people that are gluten free also have an intolerence to corn. Just pay attention to how you feel after you eat this if you don’t eat gluten. Has to be the best tasting, but I still can’t eat it. Hope you can.

That about says it all. This cereal is just too sweet. Their Flax cereal is better.

The price of this product (and many others) via Amazon is excellent compared to the “Whole Paycheck” types of “healthy” supermarkets. I’m totally pleased with this cereal. It tastes great, but surely the sugar content boosts its taste appeal. Organic or not, sugar is sugar, and many have been advised to keep their distance from it. Nature’s Path should consider using alternate sweeteners, such as, organic of course, brown rice syrup or raw blue agave syrup. The macrobiologists would be jazzed!

We usually eat a mixture of cereals in the morning – a little bit of a sweet cereal (like Cinnamon Chex or Panda Puffs), a few nuts and/or raisins, and then fill the rest of the bowl with Mesa Sunrise. Very tasty and good for you! Ordering it by the case at amazon.com is much cheaper and easier than bringing it all home from the store each week. It’s like having the mailman do my shopping for me. Highly recommend.

Nice to have a genuine multigrain product for a Gluten Free Diet. This is a good tasting cereal, but it get soggy pretty fast. I mix it half and half with some homemade Granola and it is a pretty good breakfast that way.
