I've use Uncle Sams on and off for about 3 years; and it has been a miracle food for me. I have M.S. and am on multiple medications, They really upset my stomach and cause bloating and worse yet~constipation. The cereal takes care of those ugly symptoms,and leaves me feeling much better. Less bloating,gas, and all the rest. It is a wonder food~plus it tastes good! I even take it to work. The little flax seeds give the flakes ann awesome contrast.

The cereal is very hard to find~so having it here on Amazon is awesome. I would love to see Uncle Sam cereal in a protein bar form~hope the manufaacterer is reading this,,

This is a great healthy cereal. I mix it with other healthy cereals and get the fiber and taste I like.

Excellent cereal with NO sugar added. Does not turn into mush in the bowl.I have ordered about 50 boxes so far. Diabetic delight.

I like the unsweetened taste and crunchiness. I also enjoy the whole flax seeds. Many regular groceries do not carry this product so I was happy to find this on Amazon and will keep on buying it.

This whole grain, low sugar cereal packs a whomp of fiber and Omega-3 fatty acids.

The only issue I have is that occassionaly I get a taste of cardamom.
